Identified and defined pilot initiatives to capture $20 million in annual incremental customer revenue. Liberty has a hybrid B2B/B2C company offering diabetic supplies. Liberty had been ramping up a new customer acquisition initiative and was at the one million customer mark. Renaissance and its technology partner (CP) defined and implemented a series of executive interviews, (travelling to 3 states and immersing ourselves in all aspects of the business) while concurrently aggregating and analyzing 40+ million customer transactions over a five year period. The results of the analysis helped Liberty identify its customer base into distinct personas enabling them to re-architect a new and predictable customer experience to deliver the right message to the right patient at the right time for a more efficient, effective and profitable relationship with their patients.
